Waiting for the End: A never-ending pandemic. Putin starts a devastating war in Europe. Climate change is accelerating. Overpopulation, famine, soil sealing, depleted resources, unfair distribution of wealth, misery of refugees, etc. This work was created in January 2022 and events were catching up fast.

However, "Waiting for the End" is not only about catastrophes and dystopias, but also questions the eternally repetitive and often senseless behaviors and actions of human beings.

WAITING FOR THE END is part of a series of artworks that place innocent childlike virtual characters in various social, political and humanistic contexts and environments.
