Klaus Obermaier studied visual arts at the University of Art and Design Linz/Austria and has been trained as a graphic designer at the HTL Linz.
Since 2005/2006 he is visiting professor at the University IUAV of Venice teaching directing and interactive arts, since 2013/2014 he is also visiting professor at Babes-Bolyai-University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He holds lectures and workshops at international universities and institutions.
